Terms

These terms ("Terms") are between you and Amura Ventures SL, trading as Splendorize, and govern your use of the service. By using Splendorize you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

The service

Splendorize provides AI agents that monitor landing-page performance, explain evidence, recommend improvements, and, when configured, prepare changes or pull requests for your review. Recommendations and measurements are best-effort and do not guarantee any specific conversion, search, revenue, or business result.

Accounts and connected services

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. When you connect a third-party service such as Google, GitHub, or Stripe, its own terms also apply. You authorize Splendorize to access and use that service only as needed to provide the features you enable.

Your responsibilities

• You own the website and content you submit, or have permission to submit it.
• You will not use the service to attack, scrape, or impersonate third parties.
• You will review proposed changes, keep appropriate backups, and remain responsible for changes you approve or configure Splendorize to publish.

Your content

You retain ownership of your websites, code, content, and data. You give Splendorize a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and modify that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed for data you send us.

Acceptable use

Do not use Splendorize for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, including anything that targets minors inappropriately, promotes hate, or facilitates illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, and included usage are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. You can cancel future renewal by emailing hello@splendorize.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we tell you otherwise.

Every paid plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email us within seven days of the initial purchase for a full refund. This commercial guarantee does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to you. Displayed prices include applicable VAT. Checkout applies 21% VAT to EU billing addresses, 20% VAT to United Kingdom billing addresses, and no tax elsewhere under our current manual rules. No tax is added on top of the displayed price.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Splendorize at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes to the service

We may update or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Splendorize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute.
