Privacy
Amura Ventures SL, trading as Splendorize ("we", "us"), provides AI-generated conversion recommendations for landing pages and is the controller of the personal data described here. This document explains what we collect, why, and how it stays safe. We do not sell personal data and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
What we collect
On the marketing site, we collect cookieless aggregate analytics (page views, locale, referrer) via a privacy-preserving analytics provider. No identifiers, no fingerprints.
When you sign up, we collect the email and landing-page URL you submit, and the page goal you select. We use these to prepare and deliver your first AI recommendation.
If you create an account, we also process account and authentication identifiers, the pages and sites you add, page structure and public content, anonymous interaction measurements such as clicks and scroll depth, recommendations, approved changes, and support messages. Splendorize does not record sessions or store what visitors type into form fields.
Stripe processes checkout and card details. We receive billing identifiers, the plan and subscription status, invoice status, totals, and limited customer details needed to operate your subscription and keep financial records. We do not store full payment-card details.
Connected search services
If you connect Google Search Console, Splendorize requests read-only access and imports the properties you select, their site metadata, and search-performance data such as queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. We use this Google user data only to provide your search reports and recommendations and to operate that feature. Splendorize cannot change your Search Console data.
We encrypt Google access and refresh tokens and restrict access to the systems and people needed to provide the feature. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Search Console in Splendorize, revoke access from your Google Account connections, or ask us to delete the imported data. Splendorize also sends public domains, URLs, and keywords to DataForSEO to retrieve search-result, keyword, and backlink data. We do not send Google tokens or private Search Console performance data to DataForSEO.
Other connected services and AI
If you connect GitHub, we process the installation, repository and branch details, code and page content needed to prepare changes, and the resulting commits and pull requests. Access credentials are encrypted. Splendorize prepares or publishes changes only within the permissions and approval settings you choose.
If you connect Stripe revenue attribution, we process relevant customer, invoice, subscription, payment, source, and page-attribution metadata to show which activity is associated with gross paid revenue. We do not collect card details through that integration.
We send the page content, measurements, and instructions needed to contracted AI providers to generate recommendations and approved change drafts. We do not intentionally send payment-card details, private form values, or Google access tokens to AI providers.
How and why we use data
- To provide accounts, reports, recommendations, integrations, billing, and support under our contract with you.
- To send requested or opted-in product email, based on your consent where consent is required.
- To secure, troubleshoot, and improve Splendorize based on our legitimate interests, without overriding your rights.
- To keep tax, accounting, and compliance records where the law requires it.
Who receives data
We use service providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication, payments, product analytics, support, connected integrations, and AI processing. This currently includes Google, GitHub, Stripe, DataForSEO, and OpenAI when you use the relevant features. They receive only the data needed for their role. Some providers may process data outside the EEA or UK under applicable contractual or legal safeguards. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
How long we keep it
Account and service data is normally retained while your account is active. Page intelligence evidence, including measurements and screenshots used to compare changes, is retained for at least 180 days so Splendorize can measure and explain results. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, subject to backup rotation, security needs, disputes, and statutory retention for billing records. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@splendorize.com.
Security
We use access controls, encryption for sensitive integration credentials, and operational safeguards designed to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us and we will respond within applicable statutory deadlines.
Children and changes
Splendorize is for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the new date here and give reasonable notice of material changes.
